Job Overview

This is a 2-year training program designed for ambitious candidates from accounting, finance, and business backgrounds who want to build a serious career in international bookkeeping, accounting technology, and finance leadership. ACCA candidates are highly encouraged, but the program is not limited to ACCA only. During the program, you’ll rotate through different parts of the business: bookkeeping and compliance across our markets (US GAAP, UK VAT and PAYE, Australian BAS and STP2, and UAE corporate tax), popular cloud accounting platforms including QuickBooks Online, Xero, Zoho Books, FreshBooks, Sage, and other client systems, client advisory conversations, and — the part most programs skip — how to actually use generative AI in day-to-day accounting work. Think about prompt engineering for financial reporting, anomaly detection, and client communication, not just theory. 

Complete the program successfully and you’ll be positioned for a Bookkeeping Team Leader role — owning a client portfolio in one or more of our markets and mentoring the team around you. 

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Bookkeeping & Compliance — Full-cycle bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, AP/AR, and month-end close for clients across the US, UK, Australia, and UAE, done properly and in line with each market’s standards.
• AI & Prompt Engineering — Build and test prompts that help analyze financial data, forecast cash flow, and draft client-facing reports.
• Process Improvement — Work with senior management to spot where we’re wasting time, and help build the automation to fix it.
• Mentorship — As you get more comfortable, you’ll start showing other bookkeepers how to use these AI tools well — not just which buttons to press, but how to actually question and trust the output.
• Client-Facing Work — Eventually, you’ll help build dashboards and variance reports, and join conversations directly with our clients — whether they’re in New York, London, Sydney, or Dubai.
